1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 8989.ai services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

8989.ai provides dedicated Shopify store management services including but not limited to:

  • Store optimization and maintenance
  • SEO and performance optimization
  • Content management and updates
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Technical support and consultation

3. Service Levels and Pricing

Our services are offered in three tiers:

  • Starter: $1,999/month - Foundation operations
  • Growth: $3,999/month - Scale & optimize revenue
  • Enterprise: $5,999+/month - Multi-store & advanced operations

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Current pricing is available on our website.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

  • 24-hour response time for email support
  • Weekly progress reports
  • Monthly analytics reports
  • 30-day notice for service changes

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary access credentials
  • Timely payment of invoices
  • Communication of business requirements
  • Compliance with Shopify's terms of service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and methodologies developed by 8989.ai remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their store content and data.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client business information, store data, and proprietary strategies. All team members sign confidentiality agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

8989.ai's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
